About the Job:
As a Senior Project Manager at Greenjets, you will be the driving force behind the delivery of high-profile innovation projects and the development of new and exciting Greenjets products. You will have exceptional people management skills and a full kit bag of effective project management tools and control methods. You will employ established project management principles, building rigour into delivery schedules and proactively managing down risk.
You will have strong leadership skills and an inquisitive nature to build trust and understanding across multifunctional teams. You will be comfortable with uncertainty and be an excellent communicator in all directions, keeping stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation regularly briefed on project status, progress and plans.

What You'll Do:
Project Delivery / Product Development
Provide leadership and management of a small portfolio of projects and products.
Plan, organise, and oversee the entire project lifecycle – from kick-off through execution of deliverables to project close out.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones in line with client and company objectives.
Manage and coordinate engineering, procurement, production, integration and testing activities.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prepare and deliver progress reports, cost forecasts, and performance updates.
Lead change control procedures, ensuring all variations are properly documented and approved.
Support continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Business Development
You may be required to support a range of business development activities, including bid writing, pricing exercises, contract reviews, customer engagements, client relations or attendance at events.
