Production Supervisor

Greenjets is redefining sustainable aviation through advanced manufacturing. We’re now looking for a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on the shop floor, ensuring our products are built safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving environment where precision and pace matter equally.
What You'll Do:
Lead and coordinate daily production activities across your area
Drive output, quality, and on-time delivery against production plans
Support, coach, and develop a team of technicians and operators
Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Work closely with engineering, quality, and logistics teams
Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:
Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong understanding of production processes (ideally high-spec or regulated industries)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Confidence working cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting
A focus on both people leadership and operational performance
