About the Job:

Greenjets is scaling; and our people are central to that growth. We’re looking for an HR Advisor to support our manufacturing teams, providing practical, hands-on HR support in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with leaders on the ground.

What You'll Do:

• Provide day-to-day HR support to manufacturing teams and supervisors

• Advise on employee relations, performance, and engagement

• Support recruitment and onboarding for production roles

• Help implement HR policies and processes aligned with business growth

• Analyse people data to support decision-making

• Contribute to building a strong, high-performance culture

Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:

• Experience in an HR Advisor or HR generalist role

• Background supporting manufacturing, engineering, or operational teams

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

• Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• A pragmatic, people-focused approach
